Establishing an online presence is a must in today's market. Whether you're a big company, a start-up, a struggling artist or just someone who needs a professional portfolio, we're happy to help you. We'll work together in a three-stage process to get you the best viable solution for your product. Have a website already? Great! We'll work on updating that. Have absolutely nada, zip? That's even more fun to work on.
After building the website, we're happy to show you how to use it. That's right. We're willing to share our secrets. Shhh - don't tell.
Graphic Design
With or without a website design package, we're ready to put on our creative thinking caps and come up with great designs. This can manifest in posters, brochures, logos or other marketing materials. We can also touch up your older snapshots or fix the red eye in your family photos. We love Adobe products. Especially Photoshop.

Our Three-Stage Process
Experience has shown us that an easy three-step process is the best way to serve your needs and make sure we are all on the same page. We work with a formal contract, broken into these stages. Once we shake hands on a project, we'll explain this in more depth. In case you're interested, here's a quick overview.
1. Design & Planning →
We meet each other during this time, and talk about the initial aspects of your project. Brainstorming takes the bulk of the time for this stage, as is drafting sketches of logos and wireframes of websites. Be ready to bounce back a lot of emails. It's a collaborative process -- not just one-sided.
2. Content & Design Integration →
Design and integration of the graphic or website will mainly be in stage two. Continuous feedback and edits are expected, along with proofing any textual information. This can often take the most time, depending on the depth of your project.
3. Final Edits & Launch √
Final polishing occurs during our polishing stage three phase. Here we optimize websites for search engines and start any marketing campaigns. Before the end of the contract, we'll make sure everyone is happy with the final project, and then discuss exit strategies and future maintenance edits.
Pricing
We offer competitive pricing at all levels of product depth. Finding the right product for your project is our number one priority. A formal contract will help alleviate any concerns with pricing or concerns of work. Flat rate pricing also makes it easier on both your and our ends. No surprises and clear-cut expectations make projects go smoothly from start to finish. All payments are routed through PayPal, the easiest and most reliable online transaction tool. Hosting is required to make any website live to the public Internet. We offer four different plans with varying features. We'll help you choose the right level to suit your needs. Economy sized in space and price. Starting at only $5 a month, the economy package is great for first-timers. We provide you with 2GB of online space and bandwidth of 10GB per month.
Order Economy Hosting -
Standard
Standard users start off with 5GB of storage space and 50GB of bandwidth a month, all only at $10 a month. Website projects with a good deal of video content often opt for this plan.
Order Standard Hosting -
Deluxe
If you need just a bit more space, then deluxe is the way to go. We offer plans starting for $15 a month, giving you 20GB of online space and 100GB of bandwidth per month.

Premium
The ultimate website experience at a steal of a price. For only $25 a month, the premium package provides an ample 40GB of online storage space and 300GB of bandwidth per month.

Domain Name Registration

Like all Phoenix Creations transactions, payment for domains is routed through PayPal. For domains only, the price is billed in yearly increments. Most domain extensions can be registered and paid for multiple years in advance. For a full-list of all domain prices, refer to the chart on your right, or visit the client database.
You may choose to have private registration for your domain. This will protect all your contact information from a WhoIs lookup. Without ID Protect, spammers can obtain your email and contact information and then use it for spamming purposes and redistribution to marketing firms. Your email address can stay on file with various spammers and marketing firms for years. When you choose our ID protection for $8.99/year, we will use our own information for the public WHOIS lookup, but you will retain ownership. This add-on is available for purchase on the domain registration page during checkout.
The register rate is the charge you would pay for the first year of a brand new domain. The renew rate is often the same as the register rate, but is the fee charged to renew the exact same domain name. Finally, the transfer rate is the charge to bring your domain from another provider to us. It's useful to have it on our network if we will be managing your project, although completely optional.

Domain Pricing
Please note that all prices are subject to change at any time. Per our terms of service agreement, we will notify all current domain clients upon a price change. The following fees are rated at a 1 year rate. While purchasing other Phoenix products, we are able to provide clients with discounted rates.
